Michael couldn’t have been more caring and attentive.

A referral was made in April last year which did not get to the appropriate service until June. I have now been told there is a 55 week waiting list for an appointment and whilst I would expect a delay this is unacceptable. I do appreciate this is not the surgery but felt I should note this. Michael is going to write a letter to try and have this expedited.

I was sent my appointment and fortunately could attend the one given!

I felt sorry for the member of staff who treated me because the room we were in looked like a dumping ground for equipment. It was unlike other rooms I have been to previously which are usually uncluttered, business like and “medical”! The member of staff was brilliant however and all credit to her.
